Enrique J. Morales was born in Mexico City and studied Architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He came to the United States in 1980 and became a citizen in 1990.  He was a Manager of Design and Engineering at Kawneer International, designing facades of high-rise buildings all over the world for 32 years.

 This course will cover the Mexican Prehispanico first tribes (Mayan culture, Aztecs, Zapotecs, the founding of Tenochtitlan and arrival of the Spaniards); the Mexican Conquest (colonial Mexico, the war for independence and how the war between the United States and Mexico changed the map of North America); the Mexican Revolution (Porfirio Diaz, Zapata, Pancho Villa); modern Mexico (geography, government, political division, exports, languages); and Mexico as a possibility for retirement (advantages and disadvantages, government rules and fiestas).
